Frank is a personal accountability tool. It asks you questions, tracks what you said mattered, and nudges you when you drift. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, and it is no substitute for a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your health or in crisis, please contact a doctor or the appropriate emergency or support service in your area.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know if something looks wrong. You must be at least 18 to use Frank.

By giving Frank your WhatsApp number you consent to receive messages from it at the cadence you’ve set up. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop the messages at any time by removing your number, replying to opt out, or deleting your account.

Use Frank for its intended purpose. Don’t misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, access other people’s data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Frank is an evolving product and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and features may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frank and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Decisions you make are your own.

You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or end access for accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions go to hello@guidedbyfrank.com.
